By accessing or using the PsychScope Learning website (psychscopelearning.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. PsychScope Learning (ABN: 42 637 184 529) reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
PsychScope Learning provides online psychology courses and educational resources. Our courses are designed for professional development and personal enrichment. They are not substitutes for formal university qualifications, clinical training, or professional psychological advice.
To enrol in a course, you must provide accurate personal and payment information. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your selected course materials for the duration specified by your plan (Explorer: 12 months, Scholar: 18 months, Master: 24 months). Access begins from the date of enrolment.
All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Payment is required at the time of enrolment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Prices are subject to change, though any changes will not affect existing enrolments.
We offer a 14-day refund period from the date of enrolment, provided you have completed no more than 25 percent of the course content. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@psychscopelearning.com. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval to the original payment method.
All course content, materials, videos, assessments, and resources provided by PsychScope Learning are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent. Your enrolment grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access the course materials for your own educational use.
You agree to use our platform and services responsibly. You must not:
Certificates of completion are issued upon successful completion of all required modules and assessments within a course. Certificates represent completion of the course content and are not equivalent to university degrees, diplomas, or professional registration qualifications.
PsychScope Learning provides educational content for informational purposes. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes, professional advancement, or clinical competency as a result of completing our courses. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant course or plan.
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our platform if you breach these Terms of Service. In such cases, no refund will be provided for unused access time.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
